NETeller has announced it has accelerated its review of the SAFE Port Act incorporating the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, signed by President George W.Bush, and all other relevant laws and further developments. The Company also continues to monitor the regulatory situation and is determining what actions to take before the conclusion of the 270-day period.

During this period, US citizens are able to use the NETeller service as normal, and all the funds of US customers will be available for withdrawal on demand.

NETeller customers not resident in the US are not affected at all by the legislative changes in the United States, and the Company announced they will continue to operate all non US business as normal, and has plans for three further launches later this year after recent launches on Swedish and Danish markets.

The company will not only focus in the gaming industry outside of the US market, NETeller is infact considering the development of new products and services for wallet users to be integral to its diversified market strategy.
