Cryptologic will move to Dublin

Lewis Rose from CryptoLogic Inc said on Monday that the company will move in January to Dublin, closer to London, epicentre of on-line gambling in Europe. He said he has refused the board's offer to move to Dublin for family reasons. and declared : "You focus on environments that are gaming friendly, and to be physically based in Europe makes life a lot easier because all our major customers are based in the U.K. and Europe". Company's Head office are actually in Toronto, Canada.

He said an on-line gambling crackdown in the United States and arrests of foreign-based industry executives isn't directly related to their decision to move their offices in Europe.

CryptoLogic is recognized as a pioneer and leading software developer in the Internet gaming industry. The company have its shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CRY), on the Nasdaq National Market (CRYP) and on the London Stock Exchange Main Market (CRP). Read more about Cryptologic.
