European freerolls at Absolute Poker

Absolute Poker announced in a press release that they launched a new freeroll online Holdem poker tournament for european players only. The top 5 players for each country will have a spot at the final round on March 24. The winner of the final event wil win a piece of the $1.000 prize.

"There's a very competitive spirit among European countries when it comes to poker", said David Clainer, senior vice president for Absolute Poker. "With this tournament we're going to find out who's really on top".

Swedish players are probably the best, but also Germany have very skilled poker players. Absolute Poker announced they want to open this contest to more countries in the future, including US and Canada. This is the tournament schedule:
