Software changes at Full Contact Poker

After the anti-internet gambling law signed in the United States by President Bush on October 13, several gaming companies had to change their marketing strategies to be able to still accept players resident in the USA. Many companies switched their software, and many others merged with bigger groups.

Early this week Full Contact Poker announced that in lights of the UIGEA, they decided to switch their software to be able to accept U.S. customers. The new software, still in a beta test version, is developed by Dobrosoft, which actually has a network of over 25 online poker rooms.

Daniel Negreanu, spokesperson at Full Contact Poker said: "I'm extremely pleased with the new network, and I'm also very excited about improving Full Contact Poker over the next few weeks with the new software platform".

It's expected that other poker rooms will take part of the new network in the coming weeks.
